More about counselling

Counselling provides a confidential, supportive and safe space where people can discuss and explore their personal issues, feelings, choices behaviours, thoughts and beliefs – without fear of judgement, reproach or discrimination.

The benefits of having a consistent, confidential and private space to talk to someone qualified to help are extremely rewarding and empowering, and as a result people seek counselling or psychotherapy for many different reasons.

Everyone’s counselling needs are different. Some people benefit from just a few sessions while others continue for longer. We will discuss what might be most appropriate for you in your initial session.
