Darren Cheek

Counselling

I’m a fully qualified, MBACP-registered psychotherapist and counsellor with a rich and varied background in psychotherapeutic work. I offer focused, short-term support (6–18 sessions) as well as deeper, longer-term psychotherapy for individuals, couples/other relationships and families.

I’m based just 10 minutes’ walk from London Bridge Station in central London, in a comfortable and quiet room on Marshalsea Road.

I also practise at several other locations in London, each a short walk from Gower Street, Euston and Waterloo stations.

I offer:

  • face-to-face sessions
  • remote sessions via the usual online platforms
  • telephone sessions

For businesses, I provide therapeutic, mentoring and wellbeing services, supported by more than 28 years’ experience in facilitating change, systems work, conflict resolution, communication development and DEI programmes across multinational environments.

I hope the information on this website goes some way to answering any questions you might have about how I might be able to help, and about counselling and psychotherapy in general. However, please feel free to contact me with any questions or queries you might have about therapy or your personal situation, or to book an appointment.
