Your first session

Your initial session will provide an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to get a feeling for what it might be like to be in therapy. We will explore what has led you to seek therapy at this time, as well as giving you an opportunity to discuss your expectations, hopes and concerns about therapy.

Towards the end of our first session we will discuss how it was working together, how you feel the session went, and if and how we might continue working together.

If you decide you would like to try a different therapist I will not be offended in any way and you are under no obligation. All therapists work in a unique way, and it is important that you find the right therapist for you.
